DESCRIPTION: No.4,Brunswick Square where Sir Roger Quilter (1877­1953) was born. Son of Sir Cuthbert Quilter,he was educated at Eton before studying music in Frankfurt. He composed numerous songs including settings of Shakespeare, Keats, Herrick and Shelley. His work in the theatre included the music for ÔWhere the Rainbow EndsÕ. The Regency Society plaque was unveiled in 1977.
