DESCRIPTION: No.30 Old Steine is a much later plaque, a round slate one, marking the birthplace of SIR EDWARD MARSHALL HALL (1858-1927),one of the most celebrated lawyers of his day. He earned the nickname ÔThe Great DefenderÕ.
The house is now solicitorsÕ offices.
